Returnable Products Conditions
Our products consist of dietary supplements manufactured in the U.S., and returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
lThe product must be received in its original, sealed, undamaged packaging.
lThe return request must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.
lProducts that have been opened, consumed, or otherwise used (even partially) are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Products Purchased Elsewhere
Only items purchased directly from RASAV.com are covered under this return policy. If you purchased our products through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for assistance, as their return policies may differ.
Refund Calculation & Return Handling Fee
For every order you return, we charge a fixed handling fee of US $5 per order. This fee is deducted from your refund amount. For example: if you placed three separate orders (Order X, Order Y, Order Z), and you return items from multiple orders (say items B & C from Order X, item D from Order Y, and item F from Order Z), we will calculate your refund as follows:
lSum of the actual purchase prices of items B + C + D + F
minus (US $5 × 3 orders)= Your refund amount.
Note: This US $5 fee applies per order—not per item—and it is in addition to any return shipping costs, duties or taxes you must bear.
Refunds will be processed once we receive your qualifying return(s) and after inspection.
Multi-Region Return Policy
Our returns warehouse is located within the United States only. If you reside in Canada, Mexico or any European country, and you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for both outbound shipping to our U.S. warehouse and return shipping back to you (if applicable).
Additionally, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may arise in your region, both when shipping to the U.S. and when the item is returned to you (if applicable).
Please allow extra time for cross-border logistics: refunds will begin once we receive the returned item in good condition at our U.S. facility, and any additional costs (shipping/taxes) remain the customer’s responsibility.
European Consumers Notice
If you reside in a country in the European Union and purchase products from us, you benefit from EU consumer-protection rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. One of your main rights is the “cooling-off period” of at least 14 calendar days after you receive the product, during which you may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason. For returns made under this cooling-off right, the seller must refund you the full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) without undue delay, typically within 14 days from your notification of withdrawal.
Regarding who pays the return shipping: the directive allows the seller to require the consumer to pay the cost of returning goods only if the seller has clearly informed the consumer beforehand. If not so informed, the seller must bear those costs. These rights apply regardless of where our business is located, as long as we sell online to consumers in the EU.
